We are pleased to announce that attorney Frank M. Wilson has joined the Jinks Crow team as Of Counsel. You know we can try cases and get verdicts. With Frank's appellate experience, now we will make sure to keep them!
Frank comes to us after 45 years of practice, during which time he has handled a wide range of cases from representing clients in commercial litigation, consumer class actions, and product liability cases to representing judges and lawyers in litigation and disciplinary proceedings. He has also prosecuted and defended major litigation matters in the fields of federal securities law, product liability, intellectual property, class actions, trucking litigation, and road construction litigation.
Frank grew up in Union Springs, Alabama. He attended Birmingham Southern College where he graduated magna cum laude. He received his law degree from the University of Alabama in 1978. He clerked for Federal District Judge Robert Varner.
In 1979, Frank joined Jere Beasley and was a founding partner in the firm now known as Beasley Allen, where he practiced for 19 years. After a two-year retirement, he opened his own firm in 2000 where his practice focused on severe injury and wrongful death actions primarily in the field of product liability. In 2016, Frank joined the law firm of Copeland, Franco, Screws & Gill, P.A. as a partner.
Frank’s practice includes a wide range of cases from commercial litigation to consumer class actions to product liability. Several significant decisions in product liability law have resulted from his appellate work.
