Mandy Carter recently joined the firm, bringing with her 25 years of civil litigation experience. Mandy has litigated a broad range of civil cases, primarily on the defense side, which includes commercial and employment litigation, property rights, communications, and utility law.
She also has extensive experience in administrative law, including work for a state agency as an administrative law judge for many years as well as appellate work.

Mandy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Georgia, with a year of post-graduate work in Chemistry. She graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1995. She practiced in a small firm to begin her career, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation. In 1998, she joined the firm of Wilkerson & Bryan in Montgomery, where she practiced civil litigation for 23 years.
Mandy is a long-time member of the Alabama State Bar, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association and is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama.

Mandy is married to Danny Carter and they have one son, Michael.
She is active in her community and church, where she has worked in the preschool ministry for 25 years. She also enjoys playing tennis, reading, and exercising in her free time.
